My experience at resonance with Pamela was so unique and brain calming. It’s hard to put into words how the experience was since she uses many different sounds and frequencies with vibration but it helped me so much with the stress I was under at the time and really felt like my brain was so calm afterwards. Sleep was also improved after session! Highly recommend if you’re struggling with any anxiety, stress, sleep, or anything that your brain needs a reset!

The sensorium experience was unmatched. My best description is transformational and rejuvenating. The sounds and vibrations coming from the table and the dolphin (yes, stuffed dolphin) on my chest really seemed to massage me on a cellular level. My brain also felt massaged, for lack of a better description. I shared with Pamela that some of the songs/sounds evoked almost all past memories. Not like a near death experience but I was definitely revisiting and processing my childhood. Wish I had a picture!Would highly recommend, if even just for stress. Also, Pamela is so so knowledgeable in all things energy, brain, sound, vibration…and resonance! Like she has 3 phds…Love her and the whole experience.

I got introduced to "Sound Bath" just over 4 months ago. Pamela, owner, is not only passionate about her practice, but helped lead me into an area of self-focus and self-love through her never-ending arsenal of resources for self-healing.This has helped bring more awareness into my personal life, but also creating more awareness in dealing with deeper levels of business, and learning new approaches to problem solving with employees, and customers alike. How to deal with life, and not just react to what happens in life.Life is all about vibrations. How we deal with what we think we know, and learning that everything we do, is learned, and can be re-learned to achieve life's abundance. Pamela has created a beautiful space near the water that is a pleasure to go to for sound baths and healing sessions. My experience of the Sensory Resonance Therapy for my heart Chakra helped me dearmor my heart and reset my nervousness system. Pamela was also very kind to hold space for me and suggest resources to continue my healing from relationship trauma. I also felt more secure and grounded while thinking clearer after the session about best next steps for myself for the immediate future. I have also enjoyed the healer open house and relationship workshop her and Elle hosted.
